Praise God with strings and pipe! (Ps. 150:4)

In Psalm 150 we are told to praise God in the sanctuary and in the mighty firmament!  Each Sunday in our sanctuary the pipes of the organ and the strings of the piano lead us in praising God.  Occasionally we enjoy the sound of other instruments and that will happen several times in August at Vine Street.

On August 8 the strings of the piano will sound along with two viola players, John Gallent and Sarah Steeves.  Marcina Clark will lead with keyboard music from the piano and the organ will not be played.

On August 15,  Sarah Steeves will play viola again with piano and the organ.  Joyful Noise singers and guitar and bass players will also praise God in the service.

On August 22,  we will welcome guest flute player Trish Johns in worship and on August 29, a trumpet will sound.
