Rock Solid Summer

Join the children of VSCC as we jump into a Rock Solid Summer. Starting June 19th, all school-age children will be together during the 10:45am service. When our children leave to "continue worship in another room of God's house," they will be singing. praying and sharing Bible stories together in the fellowship hall. 

Each Sunday, after the children's conversation, our children will head downstairs for a worship experience using the Rock Solid curriculum from Cokesbury.  Each child will have the opportunity to share their "Woots" and their "Ahh's" also known as Joys and Concerns. Our younger children will be given a buddy who will read the Bible story with them. The buddies will have the chance to talk about the story together followed by an activity page from the curriculum.  No Sunday would be complete without a few songs and we've got some great ones to share. Like we said, it's a Rock Solid Summer.  Reading buddies are needed! To be a buddy, contact Hope or Jeff Miller.

Children's 9:30 Sunday School classes will not meet during the summer.  We invite ALL children to build a heart of faith with the Rock Solid Summer!
