We received a note from Jack Wallace: "I want to offer a personal word of thanks to everyone. As most of you know through our Vine Street prayer requests, my mother passed away on April 4. I appreciated the prayers, the cards and the personal expressions of sympathy so many of you sent my way. In this time of sadness, I learned once again the value of being a part of a community of faith."

Casey Sigmon has received a letter of call from Central Christian Church in Springfield. She will serve as its part-time pastor beginning May 11. “I want to thank you for the care and leadership you have offered us through worship, but also through the community of care you have formed in your service to this community,” she shares about Vine Street. We celebrate with Casey, and are grateful to know she, along with Phill and Viola, will continue to be part of our community.
