You are invited to join us on Good Friday, March 29, at 6PM for a time of reflection and prayer. We will meet with our brothers and sisters at Immanuel Baptist Church (222 Belle Meade Blvd, Nashville, TN 37205). Weather permitting, we will gather outside, in their columbarium, so please bring a lawn chair or a blanket, unless you feel comfortable standing for about an hour. If it rains, the service will be moved to the chapel. Readings from the Gospel of Mark with brief reflections from the clergy (Steven Meriwether, Stephanie Wyatt, Margie Quinn, and Thomas Kleinert) and verses from the passion hymns will draw us into the story of Jesus’ suffering and death, and prepare us for an Easter of unending joy.
