Insight Counseling Centers (formerly Pastoral Counseling Centers of Tennessee) is marking Mental Health Awareness Month with a free series of Wednesday evening panel discussions. “Shoulder to Shoulder” begins on May 4 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at First Lutheran Church (113 8th Ave. South) addressing addiction & recovery issues.
