To complement September's sermon series on the Book of Revelation, Pastor Travis Meier will lead a five-week study on the history, background, and context of this wildly fascinating and misunderstood book. The study will take place on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 a.m. in the Parker Meeting Room, and the first session will be held on September 2. Travis Meier is an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and currently serves as Senior Pastor of First Lutheran Church in downtown Nashville. He earned his M.Div. at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, with an emphasis in Biblical Studies. Travis and his wife Kristen live in Hermitage with their two children and two dogs.
